...See more I have serious morning anxiety .It usually begins when I wake up .I used to take ativan for that but it makes me super sleepy . If I can pull myself through the morning ,i usually end up having a good day .But it is really really difficult when you wake up in a bad mood . Anyone else on the same boat ?
