...See more Hello! I just downloaded this and I don't really know how to use it but I just want to vent a little and see if I can talk to someone because I need it. In summary, almost three years ago I ended the relationship with my lifelong partner with whom I lived and shared everything for many reasons and because I did not feel well and he did not care at all (there I experienced my first and what I thought were the only attacks of panic in my life). Currently I have a relationship with another person in which I could say that I am happy but it is complicated in some aspects and I have not been able to recover from "my past life" in the professional aspect (all those years I did everything for my ex and not for my). The thing is that lately at night my insomnia has gotten worse, suddenly I have felt those symptoms of anxiety again and I feel that nothing is worth it, I drown and my heart races, until I fall exhausted and it's time to start a new day... days when I feel as if my life were not my own, as if it were a movie that I watch from outside or I am an automated robot... I don't know, it's all so strange and I don't even know what's happening to me... :( anyone else like this? any advice? thank you very much!
