i have had a lot of experience talking to teens about a wide variety of topics, and im looking forward to talking to you!

i have lived experience of a range of topics such as anxiety, adhd, eating disorders, family issues, divorce, depression, suicidal thoughts and self harm, and many others. if there is something you want to talk about, just shoot me a message and ill get back to you asap, and if that topic isnt something i feel i can best help with, ill refer you on to another listener <3

i will try and be online as much as i can, but i have some major exams coming up, so there is no guarantee. i am based in the UK so i am working and volunteering in GMT time, so i might not respond immediately! i also wont be online from 8:30-3:20 each week day due to school!
