...See more I feel really sad and anxious right now. Been thinking about my ex and how he had anxiety as well. Don't know if I got it from him or that being with him was my coping mechanism if that makes sense. Like I feel overly sensitive now and have spent the last 3 months with a therapist who I couldn't even connect with. Anyways, I'm glad she's out of my life but I have no other support system except my mom (whose annoyinging me lately by trying to convert me into being a Christian). I only have my plant orchids to comfort me and my professor from one of my classes. This year has so far produced the most anxiety in my entire life since I have to move out of my parents house, find a new job, and make new friends. Help! ^^

...See more Having anxiety about going to my dorkable professor's class who I have twice a week. Any suggestions on how to control/manage these emotions and worries without making a fool of out of myself? Thanks! (I should add that I've taken another class with him and have been communicating with each other through email ever since).
