...See more I'm clean for 2 to 3 years now. not doing any form of self-harm since i'm successfully distracted myself. but lately, days become worse. have a lot of responsibilities and tasks i need to complete in my class at uni. feel like a ***, no friends, alone with social anxiety. maybe, it's not their faults since sometimes i'm the one who push them away to avoid me from hurting them. and i relapse.... and addicted to do SH again for everynight. I'm bad guy.
