...See more hello, I have spinal stenosis.  It's when your nerves are squeezed in your spinal column.  There's no cure for it ,it can only be helped with something for pain.  I Have an implant called a spinal cord stimulator. There's a remote control to regulate my intake of electrical stimulation. That with a lot of pain medication.  I'm also getting a tens unit on the outside, that send electrical impulses to my painful areas. The pain is so severe, it feels like someone is stabbing you in the back and in a lot of other areas However, I have bared the pain for many years, so I'm use to it.
