Hi everyone, I just wanted to hop on here and tell you guys a little about myself. I decided to become a listener on 7 cups to help this who are struggling. I myself have struggled with depression pretty much all my adult life and I wanted to share my experiences and what has helped maintain during this really bad days. 😌
