...See more I want to work but every time I have panic attacks until I can't take it anymore and quit. I've been called lazy told to "snap out of it and grow up" and then I feel guilty because I feel like a burden on my family. Anyone else have uncontrollable anxiety at work? How do you deal with it?

...See more I've never been formally diagnosed with OCD but I have a question about OCD. I have a tendency to repeat myself twice, I'll say something and I'll repeat it again ( see I did it again). I have social anxiety disorder and depression would this be part of my anxiety disorder (I understand that OCD is part of anxiety). Or am I over thinking this?
