I am grateful to have the opportunity to bring my passion for helping others on their journey toward personal growth and change to 7 cups!  It takes a great deal of courage and a desire for well being to reach out for support. As a supportive listener my role is to make a space, free of judgment, where you may bring your concerns, knowing that you are being received with unconditional positive regard.
 
I hope to understand the vision you have for your life and how you see your situation as either a barrier or a pathway for growth and change. 
 
I will certainly not have all of the answers for you. In fact, it is my hope that through our work together, you will find yourself pointed in the direction of your personal journey with you in the role of the guide, finding your truth along the way.
