Things to note:

  • As a volunteer I cannot always be online but don't worry! there are other listeners available so don't be afraid to reach out!!
  • With that said however, you can leave me a message anytime you like and I will be more than happy to receive it but please keep in mind that I am not always going to be on and sometimes I can be late.
  • So, i encourage anyone to reach out to others in the meantime!

Please note that; things get better with a better mindset and help is always on it's way!


Be kinder to yourself and take your time; It's important that you understand not everyone heals or copes the same way and reaching out is a great start and you should always be proud of that.

Practice mindfulness, gratitude and self-love
