...See more hi everyone, Val here. I've been sufferinf from bulimia and anorexia for 8/9 years. it got so bad I almost died. never got help for it. now I'm in a psych ward because of and OD and self harm, but everything is screaming at me to relapse to finally go to a treatment facility where I'll be taken seriously. my boyfriend is helping so much and I dont wanna hurt him even more. but my thoughts are so bad. I'm at a healthy weight now finally and I can't stand it. what can I do? I honestly don't even know if I want help or if I wanna fall back into it. anyonea else in a similar situation?🩷
