...See more I am someone that currently is trying my best while having strict boundaries to keep myself from feeling burnt out from supporting someone with mental illness. I believe if you are willing to love or at least try to love someone with mental illness, it can be so REWARDING. Here, I would love to share with you guys my own experience. I would love to hear how you guys deal with supporting someone with mental illness or even how you guys cope with depression. Thank you!
