Bio
Hi there. My name is Michelle and I love meeting people from different walks of life. My work takes me to far-flung places around the world, which has afforded me an open-mindedness and the ability to connect with just about anyone. I hope to have the opportunity to hold space for you, even if only for a brief moment in your journey.
While I do not offer advice, upon a member's request, I would be happy to share resources and personal experience on the following topics: self-awareness and interoception; nervous system regulation; PTSD and trauma recovery; attachment styles; navigating therapy modalities and insurance; and other useful phone/web-based resources that I have personally found benefit from.
In my free time, I enjoy slow travel, photography, biking, podcasts, and tinkering about in the kitchen.
