...See more Some of us have difficulty in taking that first step towards a better present and future. It may be related towards eating health, applying for a course, a job, learning a new skill etc etc. We basically procrastinate on it and the more we do this, more difficult it gets to take that step. What is that one thing you have always wanted to do and lets imagine (and express) the change you would see in your life if were able to take the step?
