...See more I recently started therapy but I just can't seem to be able to enjoy making that step forward and embrace it fully. I keep thinking that I should have started therapy years ago and that now it may be too late for me to change and fix my problems. I am scared of being a lost cause and to be stuck with my anxiety forever,
