...See more Does anyone else feel like their eating disorder is sneaky and it's there almost without you even knowing? I can binge on food and ultimately i'm doing it because I hate myself but it's so easily excused as hormones or something Then I can resrict food or eat only particular food and it's excused as not having time or wanting a healthy lifestyle. And everyone around me believes it because every person on the planet has made these excuses, but legitimately, nobody notices that they are complete and utter lies. So then I believe myself more and more and the ed is hidden - unless I stop and think about it I don't realise why i'm behaving the way I am.
