...See more Hi lovelys, I hope you have all had a great weekend and are doing well! I made these over the weekend for work and I thought it would be worth sharing on here incase anyone was interested in using them. I plan to use these with my fitness class to help improve our mindset and to stay positive. Healthy mind = Healthy body. So please do feel welcome to use any if you are interested, I will probably make more designs soon but for now this is what I have. Lots of love xxx
