Trying out the Mindfulness Exercises

...See more As I was feeling really anxious today, I wandered the site to see what might be helpful. I found the "Tolerating Anxiety" Mindfulness exercise and listened to it. It runs over 17 minutes so for me just staying still during the time was a small achievement. I still felt anxious afterwards but I remembered the message that I can tolerate the feeling. For this year, I am going to try to listen to at least one mindfulness exercise each day. The list can be found under the Path menu.
