...See more Hi. I developed anxiety about 3 years ago in a bad marriage. I had tried to struggle through on my own as a single mom and be strong for my kids, but I realized it was too much, so I finally joined a site for online therapy and started getting some help and prescription this week. I was proud of myself for taking that big step because I had been afraid to talk to anyone about it for a long time.
