Confused about being at my job

...See more I have been struggling with the job I have currently from the past 2 years. The pay is below average and I resent and dread most of my working days. The working hours are never fixed and there is no overtime payment too. The colleagues i work with are great and the always try to cheer me up. But I always get this feeling of changing this field I work in. I want to try new things but i fear i might not be able to do that i don't have a college degree and rn I don't have the means to solely focus on college and earn side by side. I really want to make a switch ti feel like myself but I'm not sure how to approach this, plan this and execute it without losing money. Has anyone gone through something similar?
