...See more Today has been ok. Sometimes my anxiety attacks are on hold and I get a little glimpse of freedom. Yesterday I had a full on anxiety attack, but was able to ride it out. This morning I had to call in sick because my wife needed some help with my 4 month old daughter. Normally this gives me tremendous amounts of anxiety, but today I told my self " you get sick time, so don't waste it by being anxious". I guess it was like giving myself permission to take the day off. It felt good to fight for myself from myself. I can see that this is one way to show self care. Sorry for the scattered thoughts. Thank you for listening.
