Hi! I'm from Texas and have 2 teenage kids. I'm trying to work on my self-care so I can get back to doing the things I used to enjoy and be a better parent, sibling, daughter, and friend. I suffer from panic disorder, in addition to generalized anxiety, binge eating, ADHD, and more recently slight agoraphobia and situational depression. I'm beginning to take small steps and create healthy habits, gratitude journaling, meditation, and yoga. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching football, the beach/lake/river, wine, cooking and BBQing (not cooking it just the other parts.)
