hello. i am trying out being a listener. i am in my own healing place, and hear its good to help others in recovery also. so here i am. my name is mike, you can call me whatever you like, thats not negative. i am bipolar myself and have some of my own issues, so bare with me, i am still new at this.

...See more hey guys.. i just wanted to share a game i used to play that actually got me walking and meeting people.. game: Ingress it is a gps bassed game.. so you have to walk from park to sculpture.. to other park or art mural.. there is a huge sci-fi aspect to the game.. so hang in there.. it i thought was a great thing for mental health so i wanted to share it here..
