...See more I wrestle with anxiety, and depression lately I have decided to put myself first. I’m always putting everyone before me, so I decided to make a change to consider myself. Allow myself time and space to just do me and enjoy the things I enjoy . I’ve been reading more, relaxing more. My thoughts are a lot more stable and I’m beginning to enjoy things. I’m over coming! It’s a process but I do believe this is the beginning of the next chapter of my life.
