Bio
I'm a 42 year old mom of 3 boys. 13 15 17. I have bi polar disorder. My middle child has major depressive disorder. It's hard but we take it a day at a time. I've been married 24 years to the love of my life. Im a Christian who enjoys writing. Reading. Chatting. Prayer and Bible study. I also enjoy time with my children as much as possible. I really enjoy my marriage being a mother and my life in general. I'm not a big people person as I have social anxiety and PTSD but once were friends I try my best to be loyal and be there for them.

...See more A person who really cares and is there. I don't have to wait a week for a response. Someone who I can really connect with so I don't have to tell my story 50 times. Who doesn't treat me like a job but a person. Haven't found that in any listener sofar so I've stopped coming for the most part.

...See more My name is Gina. I have PTSD from rape and physical n sexual abuse. As well as emotional trauma from psychological/emotional abuse. I've been doing well with it for a while but lately strange things have been happening. The sound of a belt buckle jingling caused me nauseau a disgusted feeling and a little bit of a flashback. Unfortunately I dont remember anything about a belt buckle. I just know it felt like something to do with either the rape or sexual abuse. Also nightmares have been bad. I wake up sick and shaking. I'm not sure where to go from here or what to do with this if anything. I found this community and thought someone could give me some ideas or feedback. Thank you. Oh also not often but certain smells cause me issues as well. Why is this happening again?

...See more So this morning my son had a complete break down. Just sobbing over a haircut he didn't like. Later when I calmed him he said he didn't really even understand what came over him. He just refused all help and direction just sobbing for a good 15 minutes. I talked with him gently and held him. Is this pretty normal behaviour for bpd and did I handle this correctly. All input would be great. Thank you so much. #baffled#so worried
