...See more Hi! I've been struggling with disordered eating for a while now. I'm really bad at not letting myself restrict. I know I need to stop. I know I need to do something about it, but every time I try, a couple days later I just fall back into the trap, and a lot of the time it's 10x worse. I know I need to do something, but I don't know how anymore. Any advice?
