...See more Hey, I'm Ollie I've struggled with self harm for about 4 going on 5 years and it's gone from everyday to once a month. Within the last week I've reverted to it and like I said it is a monthly thing. It's how I keep myself alive because when I do that it prolongs me from just checking out of life. I also keep track of how many and what the causes are. The past 3 have all been explicitly because I didn't want to be alive. I'm not sure if anyone else understands this but I figured I'd share it to see. Does anyone else have this problem?
