...See more vent- i feel so weird and abnormal all the time. i struggle with pmo ans i just want to skip to the part in my life where i don’t keep coming back to it. at nights i feel depressed and i hahe being alone with my thoughts. i don’t like who i am, an anxious shell of a person who struggles to articulate my thoughts. i want to be confident and i want to change. talk therapy rarely works because i don’t have it in me to be committed to homework. i don’t feel like i deserve good thjngs so i self sabotage all the time. and when i do engage in self care, i just feel selfish. i am mentally exhausted. i wish i could take a break from being me, even just for once.
