Hello! I'm brand new to 7cups and I'm looking forward to listening to you. I would describe my approach as both whole brain and whole heart. When we're conflicted or anxious about something, our culture tells us to just stop thinking about it. To put it aside and move on. There are times when we need to prioritize getting things done, but working through our complex feelings is a critical part of maintaining our health and attaining growth and direction. If we're not taking care of our emotional needs, toxic stress finds unexpected ways to leak out!
My philosophy is that you have very real and rational reasons for feeling the way that you do. The rationale for your feelings may be the situation at hand, the day you've had, or the context of your entire life. I'm here to listen and help you work through them so you can gain clarity and insight.
