Hello! I'm glad you found me on 7 cups! I work at a university, so I can generally provide decent insight into problems with college life. I tend to get a lot of conversations surrounding trauma, PTSD, and eating disorders and I always admire the courage of so many people, on this site, in doing the very difficult work of moving out of isolation and reaching out to me or to someone else.

Life is difficult, confounding, short, brutal, overwhelming. It can also be sacred, gentle, encouraging, empowering, and overwhelmingly beautiful. I think we get most of that sacrednesss and beauty from other people and from within ourselves, so I am here to point people back to that and provide a space of quiet and healing, in the meantime.
