Life has given me many different powerful experiences--social, work and personal. I have mined Moly in Climax, Colorado and raced-walked the New York Marathon (even though I had polio at age 11); I have taught statistics and world religions in college; I have been a counselor/psychotherapist and computer programmer; I have been involved in the civil rights struggles in the south and AIDS struggles everywhere.
Through it all, learning/teaching is what most energized me.
I want to continue learning and teaching as long as I can--and the stories each person is living are the most interesting to me.
