...See more Take it from a person with an ed experience, if you feel like you cant tell your family and you know how your family is dont tell them because sometimes you think you feel alone knowing you the only one that knows about ur ed but telling your family will make you feel even more alone (they dont understand mental illness as well as you do)

...See more Do yall know that feeling when something is not good for you but it helps you in ways you never thought it could, thats what an eating disorder feels like,it slowly kills you but also makes you loose weight, and you dont loose weight in a healthy way but your still loosing it.

...See more As a person that has an eating disorder do yall know that feeling when you hungry and you want to eat but just cant even when u crave it its like a voice at the back of your mind thats say either you eat and feel guilty or your purge it out, the worst feeling ever is when you cant purge anything out because of how bad your digestive system gets :(

...See more Hi everyone i need to speak to someone and idk who i dont really feel like talking to anyone i know but...i use to feel insecure from the age of 10 about my weight and soon after i started exercising and doing more things to try and loose weight. I hated it because everywhere i go i compare my body to other people's and soon after i started purging/induce vomiting and i feel like im confused and lonely.
