...See more I missed a dosage of my medication and it completely threw me off today. Couldn't focus, couldn't function and my husband is not with me right now. (Work has him crazy) All I can do is lay in bed and think about everything I see, hear, touch... I hate it when I miss my medication. I have alarms on my phone and still, at times, miss it. Over thinking and over feeling, not good.
