...See more After I went to the emergency psychiatrist a week and a half ago (😳 I didn't realize it was only that long) they recommended that I try a partial hospital program. 9-3 Monday-Friday for two weeks, intensive treatment including DBT and all sorts of other therapy, with homework. It sounds really good, and I need the treatment. I don't function well for more than 5ish days at a time anymore (maybe not ever?) a) I just got a full-time job and am scared witless that I will lose it if I try to take off two weeks so soon. Advice? b) I'm scared witless about the program itself, like it will change my personality altogether and make me a different person. How do I overcome that?
