Signed off work - scared to return

...See more For the past week my GP has had me signed off work, stating that I am too unfit to be there, due to my anxiety and low mood, which is severely impacted and hindered by my work and the work environment. I am due to be meeting my manager (who I struggle to communicate openly about my mental health problems) to pass him the line from my GP later. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
