...See more Hi there! Yesterday I had the worst day at work. My boss called me in a talk with him and his boss and confronted me about something. Suffering from anxiety I had the worst night and day afterwards. The two are really bossy and I all the time I think I might get fired. My brain just doesn't stop. Have you got any hints how to stop it? Have you ever been in that situation?
