Hello everyone, I'm happy to be here. I joined 7 cups because I was entering a bit of a blue period. Things have improved though, I still feel tired every now and then but slowly I take some steps and one day I would like to be able to listen to someone like I am listened to. ...See more Hi every one, I’m new in this community and I’d like to share my journey. Recently my therapist told me that maybe I could be an adhd person because my profile is similar to this disease. How to deal with situation. It’s all new to me. I still have some tests to go through but this therapist is very convinced of this. I often can't turn off my brain and I feel like I'm sinking into all my commitments. Do you have any advice? I apologize if there are mistakes but I'm not a native speaker. Have a good day, bye!🩷
