...See more I’m in my 40s and never developed a career or any real friends. I feel like all I have is my husband and that I rely on him too much. I don’t have any real hobbies and nothing motivates me. I don’t know what to do to change my situation.

...See more I’m having a hard time lately. I don’t have any close friends or hobbies and being in my 40s without these things is really dragging me down. I’m trying to get out and exercise which usually helps me but it’s not working this time. I’m just feeling lost and afraid I’ll never make real connections.

...See more My boyfriend works in wildland fire and just found out today that he is leaving tomorrow for 2 and a half weeks. My anxiety is through the roof! We now have to cancel any plans for next weekend and Labor Day. I will be at the house by myself with his dog who is high energy. And of course above all this is my worry for his safety. Any coping skills to keep my anxiety in check would be really helpful!
