Bio
I am a mom of four daughters and a young grandma of six grandbabies. I understand the complexities of life, love, and disappointments that we never thought would come our way. I understand relational complexities and the feelings that come from the human experience. Life has different seasons and change is inevitable. These life changes can cause feelings of loss and grief, anger, depression, sadness, and confusion. Life can throw you some curveballs, and sometimes it just helps to have someone who has empathy to listen and understand what you are going through.
I am a believer in hope and faith, and that we all have a purposeful life to live with joy, love, and freedom of expression. I'm always enjoying the learning process and furthering my goals and education as a life and relationship coach and now furthering my Psychology education in Counselling Therapy.
