...See more Hello :) I am Mohit, 24 years old I have been a procrastinator right from the childhood. I fear making a mistake so much that I find it really difficult to even start a task. I have tried my level best to overcome this limitation, it's been years but I am still hoping for a way out. This really makes me feel very guilty about myself that I am not good enough and I basically waste the whole day in this pattern of fear-procrastination-guilt. And the pain of feeling this way is so much that, food is the only rescue I see that would make me feel better. I indulge into a lot of emotional eating on most days, again this also fuels my guilt. Feels really bad that why have I not been able to break through these limitations despite working on myself. I am still hopeful and trying to break through this pattern, but many a times I feel paralyzed in face of my fears and especially when I fail once, I find it difficult to get started again.
