...See more Hi, I was recently diagnosed with BPD. Where I live there is no proper DBT but the health service does offer a small group course in the basics of DBT which I am currently undertaking. The health service is also offering me CAT (cognitive analytic therapy). Does anyone know about this type of therapy and if BDP can be sucessfully treated by it? Thank you.
