...See more I don't know what to do. I am tired of myself and don't want to inflict others with my presence, but I did make dinner plans with a friend later to get out. I don't want to eat, exercise, read, practice my instrument, bake, or shower. I feel useless and worse than being unmotivated, it's taxing to do anything and I don't even see the value of it right now. I just want to sleep.
