...See more How do you guys stay happy through this journey of life? How do I overcome all or nothing thinking ? I feel like I’m only happy unless I reach a destination. Like I’m either at my goal and dream life and happy , or I’m not happy at all and in despair.

...See more I’m not sure if anyone can relate to this. I(23F) have never been in a relationship. I don’t know why but I keep attracting men who show interest in me but never follow through with any plans. How do I change this and start attracting serious partners?

Stopping a Depression Room from Happening
Depression Support / by barbiejoo23

...See more Hello All, I’ve been battling depression for quite some time and I used to think of myself as a tidy person. However, since I moved out on my own I’ve been having episodes of depression. During these times, I just don’t clean my room and personal hygiene goes out the window. It’s gets to the point where I have laundry piling up, trash overflowing, and takeaway boxes all over the floor. Sometimes I do get a spurt of motivation to clean but it doesn’t stay like that for long. Any advice to prevent my room from getting ridiculously dirty especially during my depressive episodes? thanks for everything
