...See more Hey, i'm new to the anxiety community here because i've mostly been in the depression community due to my severe depression. I've just recently started having really bad anxiety days when i can barely function at all and i'm quite clueless what to do. It's like the physical symptoms of a starting panic attack: can't breathe properly, feeling of weight on my chest, strong and fast heartbeat etc, but for the whole goddamn day. I also feel super anxious and helpless and cry easier, and or some reason it never ends in an actual "bad" panic attack. How could i alleviate the anxiety? Or find out why i've started getting these recently?
