...See more Hello everyone. I'm kinda new here. I have tried this app before, for a day or two. So, I'm here looking for resources about adult ADD/ADHD. I'm in my mid 20s and some of my friends think I might have ADHD. I don't know where to turn for clarification. Going to a professional is not a possibility due to financial reasons and also because where I live, there's barely any awareness about mental health. I turned to the internet (obviously, duh!) and the tests indicate that I might have ADHD. I'm not going to conclude anything on the basis of some tests on the internet. So I want to know what I can do next, given my current situation. Thank you in advance!
