...See more I just need to take this out of my heart and head and honestly I feel like this 24/7 but I can't. I know I had made mistakes, and still am, I didn't hurt anyone but me. I've failed several times, several times I didn't even try and I just can't forgive myself for that. I feel like I've wasted my life and time will never go back. I know I shouldn't get stuck with the past but I can't move on. My anxiety and depression got to a point that I feel physical pain and I'm losing too much weight and I've been withdrawing from people since I feel ashamed of myself and I guess no one can really support me. That's it. I'm trying to work on it but it's just SO HARD. I'm so tired.
