...See more When I die You’ll think I’m gone But I won’t You’ll hear me in the music The same music I would sing to every day  You’ll see me in the eyes of my friends and family The people that I’ve touched Whenever you see a dog You’ll remember how I treated mine  Spending time with them and loving them Whenever you see someone with long hair You’ll remember the times you ran your fingers through mine You’ll see me in the moon Remembering how much I admired it I won’t be gone I’ll be in everything you see and hear I’ll always be here with you Because there’s always a trace of me left behind

...See more I had a dream about you We were in an airport My family walked ahead of me I turned and walked the other direction After climbing the stairs I saw you Waiting at the top You were smiling I noticed the wrinkles on the corner of your eyes Proof that you used to smile a lot I was frozen and in shock It felt unreal And it was You hugged me and told me not to tell anyone I smelled your cologne Lavender Mom’s favorite flower and color Is that why you always wore it? You let me go and smiled at me again Everything was gone And I woke up in my bed I knew it had to be a dream Because you’re miles away Six feet in the ground

...See more Everyone said it ”She looks just like her grandma.” They were talking about your mom But you never said that you agreed or not ”She has her eyes” Did that mean I had yours? Did I remind you of her? If so, then why did you do this to me? Can you not look at my eyes? Now I get stares all the time People looking at me Studying me “She looks just like her father.” “She does.” Am I just a reminder of you? Maybe that’s why mom can’t look at me either She sees you in my eyes Sometimes I wish we didn’t look alike
