...See more I'm new to this app today and trying to get help for the way my mindset has been lately. My S.O. asked me to get help after a bad night I had and she couldn't be there for me physically. I don't know what else to say other than I'm anxious I guess? I just really want/need help and don't want to talk face to face with someone. Thanks for reading and (possibly) helping me out and I'll try to do the same for you. :)
