...See more I realize that one of my main triggers is when I fall short in my goals. Whether it be something simple like forgetting a paper or losing my keys or just feeling empty I continue to tell myself "I am broken" and I know I need to be able to combat or stop this thought. Anyone have any skills to suggest?
