Hi! I'm so glad you've found me on 7 cups! I am a trained active listener and am happy to chat with anyone, regardless of what they are struggling with. I have overcome a lot in my life and understand the importance of social support and having someone lend an ear without judgement.

I enjoy photography, drawing, DIY projects, and bullet journaling. I volunteer with the Postpartum Resource Center of New York, and I am very passionate about advocating for and supporting women struggling with perinatal mood disorders such as postpartum depression and anxiety.
